Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
Please note that during high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship to addresses within the European Union and Internationally.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping charges and delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. However, if your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
